Model: SC-121 The Spirit 660 Arm and Leg cycle is ideal for mild to moderate exercise programs – rehabilitating or maintaining general fitness. This Arm-and-Leg Cycle model locks together the arm and leg crank-arms, to make it easier to turn your feet while using your arms.
The Spirit 660 Arm-and-Leg Cycle and the Spirit 690 Deluxe Cycle with Selectable Arm, Leg Cycle share the first-time features of longer upper/arm crank-arms and shorter lower/leg crank-arms to give your arms more cycling power. The flexibility is priceless, allowing for versatility and individualization of your treatment regimen.
This integrated-crank-arm system also alternates your arm motions and leg motions. Your arms and legs raise and lower in an alternating rhythm – and not a jerky "right arm-leg" and "left arm-leg" monotonous series. This is the Arm-and-Leg Cycle that you have been looking for.
Because of the shorter lower/leg crank-arms, your legs flex and move slower than your arms – providing a smooth, coordinated, and balanced arm-and-leg workout.
So, if you are looking to update your Clinic Equipment, then check out the versatility of this Rand-Scot arm and leg exercycle, to meet the needs of a multitude of clients.

USER HEIGHT:
Sierra Cycles from Rand-Scot are designed for wheelchair-using persons under 6 feet tall. The Cycle's movable body is adaptable to a variety of chair heights.
Sierra Cycles may be used by persons taller than 6 feet if that person is using a standard four-leg or secretarial-type chair.
We can adapt Sierra Cycles for persons taller than 6 feet by using a smaller-profile handgrip (such as the standard handgrip or adjustable-loop handgrip).
TYPES OF WHEELCHAIRS:
Wheelchairs used while exercising with Sierra Cycles must have footrests that may be removed or swing completely to the side. There must be at least 4.5 inches of clearance between a person's feet in order to straddle the body of the Cycle.
Wheelchairs with fixed/rigid-bar footrests cannot be used while exercising with Sierra Cycles.
GEAR RATIO:
Sierra Cycles are geared so that applying about 1 pound of pressure on the upper/hand crank-arm will transfer about 3 pounds of pressure to the lower/foot crank-arm.
Paraplegics are generally able to fully use Sierra Cycles.
Quadriplegics and persons with muscular weakness affecting all four limbs may also able to use Sierra Cycles - depending on each person's upper body strength and function.

All of our handgrip options will fit our Sierra Cycles.
